It opens on a number: how much you still have to collect. Under it, a bar showing how much of that is already overdue, and the open invoices on your Odoo, most urgent first. Each invoice changes colour on its own as the days pass — green while there is time, amber when the due date is close, coral once it is weeks late — and the phone tells you whom to chase before you read a name.
When the transfer lands, tap the invoice, pick the date and press Mark as paid: the payment is registered on Odoo the way the web client does it, and the invoice leaves the list as the total goes down.
The total, the overdue part, and the invoices most urgent first. The colour is the due date.
This year's collected invoices, to check against the bank statement.
One invoice: dates, amounts, lines, and the button to mark it paid.
It remembers the server and the user. Never the password.
What it does
- To collect: posted customer invoices, unpaid or partly paid, sorted by how pressing they are — not by date, because a small invoice two months late and a large one due tomorrow are not the same urgency.
- Collected: this year's paid invoices, the list you check against the bank.
- The detail of every invoice, with its lines.
- Mark as paid, with the date you choose. It uses Odoo's own "Register payment" with your default journal: what your accountant expects to find, localisation hooks included.
- It opens offline too: the last list stays on the phone. Refreshing it needs the password.
- In English and Italian, following the phone's language.
Who it is for
For anyone invoicing with Odoo 18, Community or Enterprise, on a server reachable over HTTPS — your own, your accountant's, Odoo.sh. On Odoo Online, external access is available on the Custom plan only.
The password is never saved
udUPp is the only MCMA app with a sign-in, and it is yours: the Odoo account you already have, on the server you already have. No account of ours, no server of ours in between — the request goes from the phone to Odoo.
The server address and the user name stay on the phone, so next time only
the password is asked. The password does not: it lives in memory while the
app is open, and goes with it when the system closes it. A lost phone does
not hand over your books. http:// addresses are refused, because
the password would travel in the clear.
Your data stays yours
The phone keeps the server, the user and a copy of the invoices on screen; "Sign out and forget" deletes them all. The real invoices live on Odoo and do not pass through us. What leaves the phone is the traffic to your server and what Google AdMob collects for the banner, explained in the privacy policy.
How it is paid for
With a banner anchored at the bottom, and a full-screen ad now and then, only after you have marked an invoice as paid — never between the tap and the work. No subscription.
Where to get it
udUPp is not a product of, nor affiliated with, Odoo S.A. Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A.
